The Top 5 Prediction competition is the oldest online Eurovision game. Now in its 15th year, the competition gives fans a chance to predict the songs that they believe will finish in the Top 5 positions in the Eurovision Song Contest.

This year's competition runs until midday on May 15th, the day before the rehearsals start in Oslo.  The scoring is done as following.

  • The song predicted to be 1st :  Points scored in the final multiplied by 5
  • The song predicted to be 2nd :  Points scored in the final multiplied by 4
  • The song predicted to be 3rd :  Points scored in the final multiplied by 3
  • The song predicted to be 4th :  Points scored in the final multiplied by 2
  • The song predicted to be 5th :  Points scored in the final with no multiplier

If you choose a song which fails to make the final, you get no points for that song.

The winner of the competition is the person who scores the most points and the prize is a copy of the official 2010 treble DVD, which will be released in June.
